2012-11-12-Dry arroyo followed by the Picacho Peak Trail
The lower part of the Picacho Peak Trail, in the foothills of Santa Fe, follows this dry arroyo. Many such arroyo reach the Santa Fe River which it occasionally feeds with water, either in the summer, during the Monsoon Season, or in the spring during snow melt.
