2018-03-06: Late afternoon sun and Siberian elms in East Santa Fe
In the Santa Fe Historic Eastside the late afternoon sun is shining on budding Siberian elms. In front is an adobe house, protected by coyote fences, with a slanted lantern lighting the gate. Siberian elms are the first trees to bud, creating millions of tiny flowers followed by millions of garden-invading unwanted seeds.
