2020-07-22: Dead Pinon Pine on the Picacho Peak trail near Santa Fe
While other evergreens are growing healthily in the background, this Piñon Pine did not survive. Nevertheless, it had a long life and over the years constantly adjusted itself to a sliding ground. As ground and rocks moved downward the life Pinon Pine turned upward, hence its final shape.
